KW Exclusive Properties is hiring Listing Associates to specialize in working with sellers across California, including Los Angeles, Ventura County, and surrounding coastal markets. If you enjoy marketing homes, pricing properties, and guiding sellers through successful transactions, this opportunity offers a strong platform to build a consistent and scalable business in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily for new seller leads throughout Southern California
- Prepare and deliver listing presentations to secure new business
- Market properties across MLS, digital platforms, and social media channels
- Organize and host open houses and broker tours
- Negotiate offers to achieve strong outcomes for clients
- Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with sellers
- Leverage local market data to develop competitive pricing strategies

Requirements:
• Active real estate license in California
