TechTom LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in refurbished laptops, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Every day, our team receives, tests, grades, refurbishes, and ships thousands of devices to customers across the country.
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production team, improve operational efficiency, and help drive the continued growth of our business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing teams, and improving processes. Experience with consumer electronics is a strong advantage, but we're also interested in experienced operations leaders from manufacturing, production, logistics, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments who are excited to learn our business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team responsible for processing laptops, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to meet company goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
- Coach, train, and develop employees while creating a positive and accountable work environment.
- Work closely with leadership to improve operational performance and support company growth.
- Ensure inventory is organized, accurate, and moving efficiently through each stage of production.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and remove obstacles that impact productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements based on performance data.
- Promote a safe, organized, and professional workplace.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, warehouse, production, fulfillment, logistics, retail operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting production goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer electronics, computer hardware, or device refurbishment.
- Knowledge of Apple, Microsoft, Lenovo, Dell, HP, or similar computer products.
- Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with quality control, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience tracking productivity, turnaround times, and operational metrics.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
