Ragstock is hiring a full time Assistant Manager!
We always look for outgoing and friendly people to work in our store who love fashion-both trendy and vintage!
Position Summary:
- Provide and promote exceptional customer service.
- Generate sales through customer interaction, fitting room assistance, and suggestive selling.
- Prevent asset loss through sales floor awareness.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with Store Manager and team members.
- Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure top quality shopping experience by maintaining the store’s overall aesthetic by steaming, sizing, and colorizing.
- Maintain Stores overall cleanliness through minor janitorial work.
- Help lead the store in the manager's absence.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about current fashion/trends. Consistently seeking new fashion and product knowledge to serve as an expert for our customer.
- Strong communication, influencing and time management skills.
- Are confident, and can easily build rapport when meeting new people
- Can assess customer needs and enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Enjoy being part of a team environment, and helping to lead the team.
- Must have previous retail and/or customer service & leadership experience.
- Have availability and flexibility to work different shifts, including some nights, weekends to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be 18 years or older.
