1.) Sales, quoting, email correspondence with the use of our CRM (HubSpot)
2.) JustCall and Cactus AI (online call forwarding service)
3.) Staffmate
4.) DocuSign
5.) Square
6.) Inventory and products we rent out in detail
7.) HR Experience a plus (min 3 year)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Staffing/Customer Service Manager to oversee and enhance our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, retail math, and training development.
Duties:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues
- Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels in peak season
- Manage training classes throughout the year
- Recruit new dealers
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong sales, negotiation and ability to close warm leads
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the casino industry
- Human Resources
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
