Key Responsibilities
- Lead a 2–3 man crew on residential and light commercial jobs
- Apply roof spray coatings and sealants
- Install and repair gutters (seamless, downspouts, fascia)
- Complete roof repairs: shingles, flashing, leak fixes
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and on schedule
- Communicate with homeowners and office staff
- Train new team members on tools and techniques
Requirements
- Roofing or gutter experience (required)
- Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication
- Reliable and safety‑focused
- Bonus: experience with roof coatings or gutter machines
