We are looking for a Media Coordinator to join our Media team in Birmingham. This role provides daily support to Media Buyers and the Media Director, helping execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:
Provide daily assistance to the Media Director and Media Buyers
Send and confirm media buys through our electronic ordering system
Create manual media orders and confirm vendor acceptance
Assist with compiling monthly media reports and added value reports
Reconcile media invoices and prepare month-end budget recaps
Complete pre- and post-buy quality control checks
Manage workflow in Podio (internal agency software)
Prepare materials for client meetings and respond to Account Team requests
Handle ticket requests and perform media doublechecks
Update media vendor files and internal systems
Provide back-up support to other Media team members as needed
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables and meet agency deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
