Role Overview
The Sales Representative will play a key role in building relationships with clients, offering insurance solutions, and helping members of the Columbus community protect their families and assets. This is a customer-focused, growth-oriented position with significant opportunities for advancement and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options (auto, home, renters, life, and more)
- Listen to customer needs and tailor personal price plans to suit their situations
- Collaborate with a team to achieve office goals and grow the agency’s presence in Columbus
- Assist with claims, billing inquiries, and provide excellent service at every interaction
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales ability or passion for helping others

- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese is a significant plus, but not required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to obtain or hold appropriate Ohio State insurance licenses (cost reimbursement)
