Job Overview:
We are a growing real estate investment company looking for an experienced Fix & Flip Project Manager to oversee residential renovation projects throughout DFW.
Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple fix-and-flip projects from start to finish
- Traveling throughout DFW to each property
- Create scopes, budgets, and renovation timelines
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor job sites, quality, costs, and deadlines
- Manage change orders and contractor payments
- Complete final walkthroughs and punch lists
- Keep ownership updated on project progress
Requirements
- Residential construction, renovation, or fix-and-flip experience
- Strong knowledge of construction and renovation costs
- Strong contractor management skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Reliable transportation throughout DFW
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Payscale
$5,000.00 a month + 5% of gross profit on each fix & flip you complete for the company.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, controls costs, and gets projects completed on time.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
