Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to assist in a fast-paced kitchen for a 3 day event. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing cooking and serving menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, works well with a small team, and is committed to delivering excellent food and service.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.

Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies.

Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Monitor food inventory and report shortages to management.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Assist with set up, prep, serving, and cleaning up after event.
Qualifications

Previous cooking or restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Clean and professional appearance (You will be assisting with serving please come equipped with a clean and presentable shirt. We understand you may get dirty while cooking.)
- Nails must be cut and clean.
MUST be able to show up on time for all 3 days.
