NOW HIRING: BOOKKEEPER / BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR
USA Motors SA INC is a growing full-service automotive mechanic and body shop in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for a professional, organized, dependable, and experienced individual to join our team.
We are seeking someone who can assist with bookkeeping and automotive body repair estimating.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs
- Prepare, review, and update invoices and estimates
- Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare automotive body repair and collision estimates
- Work with insurance companies, fleet companies, and customers
- Handle supplements and communicate with insurance adjusters when needed
- Order and track parts and assist with repair scheduling
- Follow up on vehicles in the shop and keep customers updated
- Maintain organized customer and vehicle records
- Provide excellent customer service and help keep the office running efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive repair, collision/body shop, or insurance environment preferred
- Experience writing body repair estimates is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software is a plus
- Bookkeeping or office management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
