We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Inventory Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and facilitating shipping and receiving tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management system.
- Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment to maintain quality during transit .
- Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment.
Skills
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Experience in warehouse distribution and operations is preferred
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and best practices
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High priority if you have prior aerospace industry experience
