The Role
We are hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to support pipeline development and revenue growth across our target markets. This is a hybrid role based in Livonia, MI, with a mix of remote and in-office days.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who is curious about AI, driven by results, and hungry to learn how modern B2B sales works inside a firm that actually practices what it preaches. You will work directly alongside the founder, gaining rare exposure to sales strategy, client conversations, and the kind of revenue operations most people don't see until they are years into a career.
You will not be handed a polished playbook on day one. You will help build it.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and qualify outbound leads across law firms, accounting firms, staffing companies, and consulting practices with 50 to 500 employees
- Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone using messaging frameworks and sequences developed by the team
- Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and identify high-fit opportunities
- Book discovery calls and manage early-stage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
- Attend local business events for networking and prospecting purposes
- Support follow-up sequences and keep contact records clean and current
- Assist in coordinating outreach campaigns tied to content, events, and partner channels
- Track and report on activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline movement
- Share feedback from prospect conversations to inform messaging and positioning
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or a related role (internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can write a crisp email and hold a professional phone conversation
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and how technology is changing how professional services firms operate
- Coachable, self-directed, and comfortable working without a micromanager
- Organized and detail-oriented enough to manage your own activity and follow-up without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or willing to learn quickly
- Michigan-based and able to work from Livonia on a hybrid schedule
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, staffing, consulting)
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or RevOps concepts
- A background in outbound prospecting or SDR-style work
