Automated Health Systems is seeking a Provider Representative to support provider enrollment activities and assist healthcare providers through inbound customer service and application processing.

- Provide customer service to healthcare providers through inbound call support
- Assist providers with enrollment, revalidation, and updates
- Guide providers through online and paper enrollment applications
- Review provider information for accuracy and completeness
- Collect missing or incomplete documentation
- Enter data and scan documentation as needed
- Maintain security of electronic and paper provider records
- Respond to provider inquiries regarding enrollment requirements
- Document actions taken to resolve provider issues
- Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with assigned projects and related duties
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of health or human services experience with customer contact required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bilingual skills are a plus
