Career track position responsible for processing and managing real estate transactions in a small law firm. Typical duties will include reviewing contracts, setting up files, coordinating communication with the parties and other administrative office support functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong desire to learn and accept responsibility and enjoy working with a team.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts and set up closing files.
- Coordinate communication with the transaction parties and team members.
- Manage timelines for closings to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide additional administrative office support as needed.
Experience and Skills
- Prior experience working in a professional office environment is highly preferred.
- Prior title processing experience not required, training will be provided.
- Excellent research skills combined with attention to detail to identify potential issues early in the transaction process.
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members alike.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
