Our private school in Cleveland Heights, Ohio is blessed with over 1600 students and we have a robust team of special educators in place working with our students with IEPs. We are looking to add a BCBA to our support team to work with students for the coming school year, with full and part-time positions available. Our expanding program provides a warm and supportive infrastructure with supervision, engaged parents, and a strong team of professionals that care and work well with each other.
Looking for a BCBA to join our intervention team.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting our students with behavioral goals on IEPs
Advising our RBT team and other support personnel working with students on the Autism Spectrum
Coaching our teaching team to best set up students with behavioral challenges for success
The ideal candidate will be a licensed BCBA, have prior experience, will work well in teams, and conduct themselves in a professional and growth-oriented manner. This is a salaried position and our team would compensate fittingly, commensurate with experience.
