As a Medical Director with Aquila Recovery, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical services and staff of our organization. This is a PART_TIME opportunity that requires a high level of expertise, leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
Provide medical direction and leadership to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop and implement medical policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement treatment plans, protocols, and programs
Conduct regular medical staff meetings and provide education and training to staff members
Ensure the provision of cultural competency and sensitivity in patient care, including addressing the needs of diverse patient populations
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical director or similar leadership role
A strong background in medicine, with a focus on psychiatry, addiction medicine, behavioral health
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
