Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate who is ready to work, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team. This is a hands-on position supporting warehouse operations, order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management, and light manufacturing.
No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Receive and unload incoming deliveries
- Verify incoming shipments and organize inventory
- Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory locations
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Prepare raw materials and packaging for production
- Support light manufacturing and production tasks as needed
- Label, organize, and stage products for shipping
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided as needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for most of the workday
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Bend, squat, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Work safely in a warehouse and manufacturing environment

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One-hour unpaid lunch
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs
