Daily work includes: finish carpentry (cabinets, crown molding, trim, doors, railings), tile setting & waterproofing, flooring installs & repairs, drywall repairs/finishing, painting, cabinet & appliance installs, light plumbing & electrical, and general handyman/remodel tasks in the Temecula area.
What We Expect From Our Employees
- Strong skills in finish carpentry and tile (including waterproofing). Solid handyman background with drywall, painting, flooring, and light electrical/plumbing is ideal.
- Own full set of hand tools and power tools (we provide a monthly tool stipend)
- Reliable truck or van capable of hauling materials and ladders
- Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
- Show up on time, every time. Finish the job right. No excuses, no drama.
- Work as part of a small, growing crew under company systems and leadership
