Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts in accordance with company policies
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance activities
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as required
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
