Job Summary:
As an Account Representative Team Member at Mike Vierzba State Farm, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new households for insurance and financial products. You will leverage your knowledge of State Farm’s offerings to provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of prospective clients, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a relationship-focused individual who approaches each interaction with understanding and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential new households for State Farm insurance and financial services products through various lead generation strategies.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, in-person meetings, and community events to build meaningful relationships and understand their insurance needs with empathy and care.
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized product solutions, including auto, home, life, and other insurance policies.
- Collaborate closely with the State Farm Agent to facilitate the sales process and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
- Stay informed about State Farm products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and community outreach programs to enhance skills and promote brand awareness.
