Responsibilities
- Create a safe, loving, and positive classroom environment
- Supervise and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children
- Assist with age-appropriate lessons, learning centers, sensory activities, art, and play
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational development
- Follow classroom schedules and daily routines
- Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and other age-appropriate care routines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Follow childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with families and coworkers
- Work together with teachers and leadership to provide high-quality care
- Be flexible and willing to support other classrooms when needed

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
