Role Overview:
To support people who live with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to acquire and/or enhance their basic living, social, educational, & employment skills with the primary goal of community integration and support to obtain competitive employment or to engage in retirement activities. (Walk-in Interviews available from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm) at the Main Office at 1900 Mount Holly Road, Suite 600A, Burlington, New Jersey 08016

Age Requirement: 18 years or older

Education Requirement: A high school diploma or Equivalent

Submit Two Professional References

A valid Driver’s License is required
-
Submit a drug screening per Stephen Komninos’ Law (subject to random drug screening throughout employment)

Submit a New Jersey Central Registry review.

Submit a (MVR) Motor Vehicle Review

Submit a (CARI) Child Abuse Registry review
-
Pass criminal background Investigation review

Submit an Annual Physical indicating (Satisfactory)

Tuberculosis exam (by Mantoux method) or Chest X-ray resulting (Negative) free from disease in a communicable form

Vaccination Requirements: Vaccination is required

Submit CPR & First Aid (In-person training)

Certification: Complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification
