RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every customer that walks in with a smile

Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers

Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership

Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs

Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience required

Good communication and people skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math

Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Able to lift 50+ pounds

Willing and able to work a very flexible, part-time schedule that may span Monday through Saturday during seasonal peak periods
