Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.

- Assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, and functional independence through evidence-based therapies.
- Coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions from clinic to community.
- Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, maintaining detailed records of treatment sessions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance to support long-term wellness.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist in West Virginia.
- Experienced clinicians and new graduates welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication skills to educate patients and coordinate with healthcare teams effectively.
