Premier Logistics Group is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed and stepdeck company drivers. Whether you want to be home daily, home weekly or stay out longer to maximize your earnings, we have opportunities built around different driving goals.
What PLG Drivers Can Expect
- Gross $1,400–$2,500 per week, depending on route, experience, miles, qualifications and performance
- Local, regional and OTR opportunities
- Home-daily local routes when available
- Regular home time on regional routes
- Longer-haul and nationwide freight available for OTR drivers
- Most freight is NO TARP
- Flatbed, stepdeck, project and over-dimensional freight (OD optional, not requried)
- Weekly direct deposit
- Assigned truck and dedicated dispatcher

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least one year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Flatbed experience and load-securement knowledge
- Ability to safely strap, chain and tarp freight as required
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Ability to pass DOT-required drug screening
- Professional attitude and strong communication
- Must meet company and customer qualification requirements
- Over-dimensional experience is helpful but not required for every opening
