What You'll Do

Help create a positive atmosphere where children feel safe, secure, and encouraged

Establish open and regular communication with parents/guardians

Support fellow team members to foster a fun learning environment

Provide a space for children to learn, grow and explore
Requirements

Be able to pass background checks
- Have a passion for working with children

Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows

Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months

Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations

Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours
