Position Overview: As a Mobile Coffee Truck Barista, you’ll be the face of our brand, serving up a variety of espresso-based beverages to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Prepare Beverages: Craft a variety of drinks ensuring consistency and quality with every cup.

Truck Maintenance: Ensure the coffee truck is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies. Help with basic maintenance and restocking of equipment as needed.

Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using cash or POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, inform the manager of low stock, and help with restocking supplies.

Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring food and drink preparation areas are sanitized and safe at all times.

Promote the Brand: Represent our brand positively in the community, encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business.

Previous barista experience preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate!
