Sign-On Bonus Available!
Earn up to $1,500 in bonuses:
- $500 after 90 days of employment
- $1,000 after 1 year of service
What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our furniture arrives safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading furniture deliveries safely and efficiently

Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise

Preparing products for shipment to stores and customers

Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement

Reading manifests and verifying shipment accuracy

Assisting with warehouse organization and maintaining a clean work environment

Working closely with team members to meet daily operational goals

Following all safety procedures and material handling guidelines
What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred

High School diploma or GED required

Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing up to 75 pounds

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Dependable work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
