We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team as a 1099 contractor. Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior components to ensure optimal operation.
- Light electrical tasks
- Conduct welding, carpentry, painting, and general facilities maintenance to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality.
- Use hand tools and electrical testing devices to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective repairs promptly.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document work performed thoroughly for record-keeping purposes.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
- Proficiency in electrical work including troubleshooting electrical equipment repair
- Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as general building interior maintenance tasks such as painting and carpentry.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, and other instruments essential for accurate repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Leadership qualities to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
