Who We're Looking For
- Highly motivated and competitive individuals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Goal-oriented with a winning mindset
- Comfortable handling objections and working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-disciplined and coachable
- Sales experience is preferred
- Solar sales professionals are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience selling any type of insurance is highly valued
- Experience in car sales, roofing, timeshare, telecommunications, retail, call center, or other commission-based sales is also a strong plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be willing to obtain a Texas Life Insurance License (or already licensed)
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary)
