What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma and valid driver's license
- At least 5 2 hands-on HVAC experience (residential service preferred)
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Can handle physical demands: lifting 50-75 lbs, tight spaces, all weather conditions
- You care about getting it right the first time
- You can explain technical problems without talking down to customers
- You want to be the tech who solves problems others can't
