Requirements for Occupational Therapist Assistant:
Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant License
Experience working in LTC is a plus
Working knowledge of geriatric treatment modalities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Compassionate and caring team player
Job Duties for Occupational Therapist Assistant:
Providing high quality direct intervention utilizing a combination of strategies to maximize progress
Assist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Assist in completing documentation including daily treatment notes and progress notes
