Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to manage day-to-day jobsite operations. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jobsite activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
- Enforce all safety policies and OSHA requirements
- Maintain daily logs and communicate progress to the Project Manager
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Identify issues and resolve them promptly
- Ensure quality control throughout each phase of the project
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Foreman, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and manage subcontractors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
- Goal to test for CSL (Construction Supervisor License) within 12 months

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Site Superintendent, Foreman or silimlar role: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Preferred)
- Driver's License and reliable transportation (Preferred)
