The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and leading a team of seven shipping employees. This role promotes efficiency, safety, quality, and employee development while maintaining high customer service standards.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of shipping associates to achieve daily operational goals.
- Coordinate shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and shipping accuracy.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees while promoting a positive team environment.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Resolve shipping issues and collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to improve efficiency.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
