- Hours: 1st Shift 7am-2:30 pm Mon - Fri
- Pay: $22.59/hr
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose failed motors and gearboxes.
- Disassemble, inspect, and evaluate returned units to identify repair needs.
- Complete repairs and accurately document findings.
- Receive products into the SAP/RGA system and verify paperwork matches each unit.
- Disassemble returned stock units and prepare rebuild documentation.
- Scrap, stage, and organize products as needed.
- Follow all safety policies, work instructions (JIs), and standard repair documents (SRDs).
- Support the production team and participate in continuous improvement, quality, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn troubleshooting and gearbox analysis.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
