Infinity Tax & Financial Planning is seeking an energetic, outgoing, relationship-driven professional to serve as the face of our firm. This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, creating connections, building excitement, and helping clients take action.
You will represent the Infinity brand through client outreach, event coordination, marketing initiatives, relationship building, and client engagement. You'll work directly with advisors and leadership to help strengthen client relationships, generate opportunities, and create exceptional experiences.

As our Business Development and Client Experience Specialist, you will often be the first impression that prospective clients have of our company -- and one of the lasting impressions that our existing clients remember.
Job Description:
Build Relationships
- Contact prospective and existing clients by phone, text, email, and in person
- Schedule appointments and help fill advisor calendars
- Conduct outreach campaigns for client reviews, seminars, educational events, and marketing initiatives
- Build rapport quickly and create meaningful client connections
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and opportunities
Be the Face of Infinity
- Welcome visitors and create an exceptional first impression
- Represent the company at seminars, networking functions, community events, and client appreciation events
- Confidently communicate our services, philosphy, and client experience
- Support advisors during events and presentations
Drive Seminar & Event Success
- Invite clients and prospects to educational workshops and special events
- Confirm attendance and manage follow-up communication
- Assist with event preparation, setup, registration, and client engagement
Support Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Assist with marketing campaigns and client communication projects
- Gather testimonials, reviews, referrals, and client feedback
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and brand awarenes
Stay Organized
- Document client interactions and activity within our CRM
- Track outreach efforts and follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate records and appointment scheduling
- Assist leadership with business development initiatives and special projects

Comensation
- $15-$20/hour based on experience
- Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
- Performance and growth opportunities available for the right candidate
