Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support client communication by scheduling meetings, interviewing clients for case details, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently across complex transactional matters.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining procedural law compliance.
- Support marketers in managing personal injury cases.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling confidential information professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of procedural law and legal research techniques.
- Familiarity with various practice areas including personal injury.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence clearly and accurately.
- Effective client communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interviewing abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for document processing and data entry tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly while supporting attorneys in high-pressure situations.
- Experience supporting diverse practice areas such as personal injury law.
