Job Summary
We are seeking a local proactive and versatile Handy/Maintenance Person(s). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities through a wide range of repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure our environment remains efficient, safe, and welcoming for all residents and staff. Basic mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct minor repairs.
- General maintenance hanging light bulbs, setting timers, etc .
- Manage vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Potential maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields
- Good communication skills in English
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
