About the Position
LashBar Chandler is looking for a talented, warm, and dependable Brow and Lash Artist to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate already has strong experience and confidence in brow services, including brow waxing, brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, and preferably brow threading. Experience with lash lifts is strongly preferred. Lash extension experience is a wonderful addition, but we are open to training the right candidate who has a strong foundation, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn.
This position is especially important to the continued growth of our Sunday business. Reliable Sunday availability is required, along with flexibility for additional shifts during the week. The position may begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow as clientele and demand increase.
We are not simply looking for someone to fill an open schedule. We are looking for someone who wants to become a meaningful part of our salon, contribute to a positive team culture, and build a loyal clientele over time.

Services You May Perform
Depending on your experience, licensing, and completed training, services may include:
- Brow consultations and customized brow shaping
- Brow waxing
- Brow threading
- Brow tinting
- Brow lamination
- Lash lifts and tints / Traditional or Korean techniques
- Classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
- Lash extension fills and removals
- Lash and brow aftercare education
- Product recommendations
- Beauty add-on services
Applicants do not need to be experienced in every lash extension technique. Training may be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates strong technical ability, professionalism, patience, and coachability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-quality brow and lash services
- Create a warm, comfortable, and professional experience for every guest
- Perform detailed consultations and recommend services based on each client’s needs
- Maintain proper sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Educate clients about aftercare and long-term lash and brow maintenance
- Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services without using a high-pressure approach
- Document client preferences, formulas, service notes, and relevant information
- Rebook guests and help build long-term client relationships
- Arrive on time and remain dependable for scheduled shifts
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Participate in education, practice, coaching, and team meetings
- Follow LashBar Chandler service standards, policies, and client-care procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and leadership

Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona cosmetology or esthetics license
- Professional experience with brow waxing and shaping
- Knowledge of sanitation and client safety standards
- Reliable Sunday availability
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Dependable transportation
- Willingness to complete LashBar Chandler training and follow salon protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Brow waxing/threading experience
- Brow tinting and brow lamination experience
- Lash lift and tint experience, or/and Korean technique
- Lash extension experience
- Experience with classic, hybrid, or volume lash techniques
- Existing clientele or local community connections
- Retail or membership recommendation experience
- Previous experience working in a team-based salon environment
Schedule
Reliable Sunday availability is required.
Additional availability on weekdays or Saturdays is highly preferred. This role may begin as a part-time position, with the potential for additional hours and long-term growth based on performance, clientele development, reliability, and salon demand.
Candidates should be available for training and shadowing before independently servicing clients on Sundays. A new team member will not be expected to begin without proper orientation, support, and preparation.

Compensation
$18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill level, plus 100% of client tips.
Starting compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience with brow waxing and shaping, threading, brow lamination, lash lifts, lash extensions, client service, and ability to work independently.
