Dream Light ABA is currently hiring a passionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinic team! We are looking for one dedicated team member who is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children through compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
Position Details
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Setting: In-Clinic
- Pay Rate: $21–$25 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
- Support communication, social, daily living, and behavior reduction goals
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinic staff to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude
