We are looking for an experienced Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other related trades, but specifically have kitchen cabinet and counter installation experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete remodeling of residential properties, including demolition, installation of new fixtures and materials, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about remodeling and enjoys working with their hands.
Responsibilities (not required to have experience in all):
- Lay out and install prefab kitchen cabinets.
- Template, cut and install prefab quartz countertops.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Construct and install structures such as walls, partitions, arches, and built-in cabinets.
- Install insulation in walls and attics.
- Install siding, roofing, and drywall.
- Install windows, doors, and trim.
- Repair and replace fixtures such as sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and faucets.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
