Join our dynamic team as a Recreational Gymnastics Coach and inspire children to develop their athletic skills, confidence, and love for physical activity! Duties
- Plan and deliver fun, structured gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Demonstrate proper technique for gymnastic movements, flips, rolls, and balance exercises
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper use of equipment and mats
- Manage class behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear communication
- Provide individualized feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized gym environment by inspecting equipment and ensuring safety standards are met
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and class updates
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in sports, recreational programs, or educational settings
- Knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, including tumbling, balance beam work, and floor routines
- Sports coaching experience with a focus on youth development and behavior management
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
