- Reports to the Human Resources Director
- Help implement compliance with all federal and state law as they relate to the business office functions
- Ensure policies and procedures are being followed within your department
- Help submit and maintain contracts with all insurance providers
- Effectively work as a team member including participating in all required trainings
- Abide by the agency’s confidentiality policies and HIPPA rules.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Director.
- Schedule all employee interviews
- Process all documents/forms for new employees and ensure all are uploaded to Bamboo and/or sent to the appropriate contact.
- Ensure office/staff supply Purchase Order Requests are completed as needed and sent to Human Resources.
- Assist in new hire insurance forms, update for existing staff as needed, and ensure the forms are sent to the appropriate contact.
- Assist in maintaining all employee files. Ensure all forms remain up to date, complete, and are organized electronically.
- Notify staff when documentation adjustments are necessary and ensure adjustments are completed.
- Assist in coordinating staff training, training registrations, and setup accommodations.
- Issue staff assets and maintain staff asset inventory electronically.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Assist in coordinating staff relations/appreciation efforts/events.
Required Minimum Experience:
- 1 year experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate’s Degree or better in business or related field preferred but not required
