VOSS USA LLC is a global leader in advanced shelving systems and industrial automation solutions. As part of our continued growth in North America, we’re expanding our Chicago team and looking for a hands-on Operational Manager to keep our daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations by providing administrative and operational assistance to the Chicago team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communications using Outlook, ensuring smooth coordination across locations and time zones.
- Work with data and documentation using Excel and Word (tracking orders, updating reports, maintaining records, preparing basic analyses).
- Coordinate projects and internal processes, including follow-ups, status updates, and basic reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments in the US, Canada, and Poland, acting as a communication bridge where needed.
- Identify and suggest small process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
- High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Preferred (nice to have):
- Basic trade, engineering, or technical knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environment).
- Prior experience in an operations, coordination, administrative, or office management role.
- Experience working with international teams or in a multicultural environment.
