This role is ideal for someone with a strong optical background who enjoys consulting with patients, recommending premium eyewear solutions, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of optical experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, coatings, and premium lens options
- Experience with frame styling, lens recommendations, and optical dispensing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, energetic, and team-oriented
ResponsibilitiesDrive Optical Sales
- Recommend eyewear and lens solutions based on patient needs and prescriptions
- Educate patients on premium lens technologies, coatings, and treatment options
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Increase optical revenue through exceptional product knowledge and patient education
Deliver an Outstanding Patient Experience
- Provide personalized frame styling and eyewear consultations
- Build long-term patient relationships and loyalty
- Ensure every patient receives a professional and memorable experience
Manage Optical Operations
- Maintain attractive frame displays and merchandising
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Coordinate with providers to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment
- Support efficient patient flow through the optical department
Contribute to Practice Growth
- Help increase patient retention and repeat business
