The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center has an opening for a PM Sous Chef.
This position is responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Develop menus, maintain approved food cost and labor cost. Supervises and directs training of cooks and sanitation employees. This is a hands on position.
Requirements:
Hotel Sous Chef requirements:
2 years previous experience in a full service high volume hotel kitchen as a Sous Chef.
