We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator – Production, Logistics & Quality to join our team. This position is a key member of our operations team and is responsible for coordinating production schedules, logistics, inventory management, purchasing of raw materials, and quality control oversight to ensure our manufacturing operation runs efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound trucking logistics for customer deliveries and incoming materials.
- Schedule daily and weekly product shipments with customers and transportation providers.
- Order raw materials and production supplies while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules for the manufacturing floor.
- Coordinate production priorities with sales, purchasing, management, and plant personnel.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through Oracle NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Provide oversight of the company’s Quality Control (QC) program by ensuring production documentation, inspections, testing, and quality records are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with maintaining quality documentation required for certifications, customer requirements, and internal audits.
- Monitor production workflow to ensure products are manufactured efficiently while meeting company quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, logistics, inventory management, quality control, and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing standardized operating procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, shipping, purchasing, and quality records.
- Work closely with production personnel, office staff, vendors, customers, and management to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support company initiatives focused on safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Comfortable working with computer software and learning new operating systems.
· Experience with manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, production scheduling, or quality control is preferred.
· Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred but not required.
· On-the-job training will be provided for Oracle NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Self-motivated with a desire to continually improve processes and operations.

- Starting salary of $65,000 per year
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) during training
- Monday-Friday schedule (6:00AM-2:00PM) after fully trained
