Administrator-Nursing Home
Located in the Suffolk County, NY area
Salary: $150K to $200K range; based on experience
A beautiful, skilled long term care nursing home located in the Suffolk County, NY area is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to work at a long term care facility.
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have at least four years of prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
- Must be a self starter and energetic
- Must have Administrator license in NY
- Proven Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
