BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education. Monitors the treatment activities of COTA’s and aides.
Minimum Education
BS in Occupational Therapy from accredited school preferred.
Required Licenses / Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist license from the Territory of Guam; If relocating, eligibility to apply from Guam license is required
CPR Healthcare Provider BLS certification
