Job description:
· PAINTER/SUPERVISOR – Full-time; US work authorization (Required)
· Location: Tysons Corner, VA, Large Condominium Association
· Must have 5+ years of experience in painting and drywall repair.
· Salary Range: $55 to $65K
Responsibilities:
· Work as a painter and supervisor of 3-4 painters.
· Prepare surfaces, sand, prime, caulk for primer and paint.
· Knowledge in paint applications, paint types, and cleaning methods.
· Ability to perform minor wood trimming repairs.
· Performs, trains, and assigns daily painting and repair work orders.
· Proficient with drywall repair procedures and finish work.
· Work is primarily interior working environment.
· Tracks inventory and ordering of paint supplies.
· Coordinates tasks effectively during minor remodeling or renovation projects.
· Meet safety standards by adhering to OSHA protocols.
· Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications:
· Skills in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, drywall repair, and small concrete work.
· Excellent problem-solving skills during renovation or restoration projects.
· Understanding of the English language.
· Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
· Must be physically fit, able to lift 50 pounds or 5-gallon paint can with ease.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
